Mitchel A. Brim

Mitchel Brim is an associate attorney at CCA who is experienced handling all aspects of lemon law litigation.  Mr. Brim has been litigating civil matters for over 13 years.  In this time, Mr. Brim has advocated on behalf of California consumers in hundreds of lemon law matters.  Mr. Brim is well-versed in all aspects of litigation.  Among other things, Mr. Brim has taken and defended hundreds of depositions throughout his career, and argued a variety of motions in courts throughout California on a variety of subjects relating to the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.  Mr. Brim has prepared cases for trial against Mercedes-Benz USA, BMW North America, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, Kia Motors America, FCA, and several other manufacturers. 

Mr. Brim graduated from Pitzer College, one of the Claremont Colleges, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business.  Mr. Brim received his law degree from Southwestern School of Law where he earned a CALI Award in Negotiation and Counseling.  Mr. Brim also published an article and drafted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court before he became licensed to practice law in California.
