Alastair F. Hamblin

Alastair F. Hamblin has over a decade of experience as a litigator in both state and federal court. Over the years his practice has included environmental, entertainment, commercial, insurance, and consumer protection litigation, with several years focused specifically on litigation arising from the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnussen-Moss Warranty Act, and California’s Proposition 65 Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act.
Mr. Hamblin graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in music production and sound engineering. After working for several years in the Los Angeles music scene, he returned to school and received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
