We represented Sonja R. with respect to the problems she encountered after leasing a 2015 Ford Edge. She had high hopes that the vehicle would give her years of reliable service, but was disappointed when as early as 5,000 miles after leasing the Edge she already started experiencing serious engine issues. Her vehicle would stall, jolt, and shudder when accelerating. Sonja tried to resolve the issues herself with Ford, but her efforts were rebuffed.
